In return, we'll give you a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, with built in robes and 2 living areas. Wood fire will keep you warm all winter, and there's a separate garage.The property is currently marketed for sale with a number of other properties and will likely be demolished one day, but we can offer you up to a 12 month lease. Pets on application (but there's no back yard).
